Men's Head Coach

April 4, 2012 - Nyack College Athletics Director Keith Davie is proud to announce the hiring of 2003 Nyack College graduate - Jason Crafton as the head men's basketball coach. Crafton, previously served as an assistant coach for seven years at the United States Naval Academy.

He was elevated to the role of associate head coach two seasons ago and has been vital to the success and the resurgence of the Navy Basketball. During his tenure he assisted in all phases of the program along with serving as the head coach of the Junior Varsity team for seven seasons.

Davie states, "We are excited to have Jason bring his passion for excellence, discipline and the overall development of young men to our program. His skills and knowledge of the game perfectly fit our goal of building a winning program and we are excited to have him with us."

Dave Julien
Women's Head Coach

Coach Julien enters his 2nd year at the helm for the Warriors womens basketball program. A 1998 graduate of Nyack College with a degree in psychology and a 2005 inductee into the Nyack Hall of Fame, Coach Julien played basketball in the 1992-1993 and 1993-1994 seasons and, after taking a year off from school, came back to play in the 1995-1996 and 1996-1997 seasons. Julien currently ranks third all time in scoring at Nyack College with 1,844 points. He played in 136 games during his career and had a scoring average of 13.5 points per game. He handed out over 400 assists, holds the record for 3-point field goals made with over 250 in his career, is second all-time in 3-pointers made in a season with 104, and his 3-point percentage for his career was over 35 percent.
